One medical video a day, everywhere it belongs
InstaDoc Productions produces short medical-education clips. This scheduler keeps a queue of those clips and publishes them to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok on a fixed daily rhythm, so nothing is posted late and nothing is posted twice.
Access is limited to authorized InstaDoc Productions staff.
YouTube
Shorts uploaded with title, description, and tags.
Reels published to a connected Business account.
Reels published to a connected Page.
TikTok
Videos published through the Content Posting API.
How it works
- Step 1
Collect
Vertical clips are synced from a shared Drive folder or uploaded directly, then de-duplicated.
- Step 2
Prepare
Captions are transcribed automatically and a title, description, and hashtags are drafted for each platform.
- Step 3
Schedule
One video per day joins the queue at the posting time set for each platform.
- Step 4
Publish
At the scheduled moment the video is uploaded to every connected account, and the result is logged.
What we access, and why
When an account is connected, the scheduler receives permission to upload videos to that account and to read back the status of what it posted. It never reads private messages, follower details, or comments, and access tokens stay on the server. Every permission can be revoked at any time.
