These terms govern use of the InstaDoc Productions Social Media Scheduler (the "Service"), operated by InstaDoc Productions. By signing in you agree to them.
The Service
The Service stores short videos, schedules them, and publishes them to the YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts you connect. Accounts are issued only to authorized staff of InstaDoc Productions.
Your account
- Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorized access.
- You are responsible for everything published through your account.
- Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
Content rules
- You must hold the rights to every video, image, and audio track you publish.
- Content must comply with the terms and community guidelines of each destination platform, including the YouTube Terms of Service, the Meta Platform Terms, and the TikTok Terms of Service.
- No content that is unlawful, misleading, harassing, or medically unsafe.
- Educational medical content is not medical advice and must not be presented as diagnosis or treatment for any individual.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to spam, to inflate engagement artificially, to circumvent platform rate limits or review requirements, or to reverse engineer, resell, or overload the Service.
Platform dependence
Publishing depends on third-party APIs. Platforms may change, throttle, reject, or remove posts at their discretion. We do not guarantee that any post will publish, remain online, or reach any audience.
Availability and warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InstaDoc Productions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost content, revenue, followers, or platform standing arising from use of the Service.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or of any platform policy. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version.
